No Refund Policy
All payments made on DeepTrack are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription or plan is purchased, we do not offer refunds, whether the purchase was made for a monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial usage of the service
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
Plan Changes (Upgrades / Downgrades)
You may choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, subject to the pricing and billing rules displayed at checkout. Any plan changes will take effect as described during the change process.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we will review the issue.
